3200 meter run
North Mecklenburg's Jeff Gosselin and Kalib Wilkinson with
Mount Tabor's Colin Cronin in the 3200m. Gosselin won in
9:22.25 with Wilkinson 2nd (9:23.07) and Cronin 3rd (9:28.09).

A.J. Davis
A.J. Davis of Northern Durham won both the
long jump (24-0.5) and triple jump (48-1).
He was also 3rd in the high jump (6-6) and
7th in the 55m dash (6.63) with a 6.58 in
the qualifying.

Julia Lucas
Myers Park's Julia Lucas on her way to a 2:56.73 1000 meters.
She won by over 7 seconds. Lucas also placed 5th in the
500m in 1:20.46.

Cassie King & Julia Morton
Cassie King (E. Forsyth) and Julia Morton (Mt. Tabor)
placed 2nd and 3rd in the 1000m. King ran 3:04.30 and
Morton 3:04.72. The old meet record was 3:06.08.


Chandra Pulliam (Burlington Cummings) ran
8.19 to win the 55m hurdles.

J-Mee Samuels
Mount Tabor's J-Mee Samuels won the 55m dash
with a 6.43. In the qualifying he ran 6.33,
the fastest time of the day.

Debbie Martin
Debbie Martin of Apex won the high jump at 5-8.

Tempess Stark
Tempess Stark from Northwest Cabarrus won the
55 meter dash in 7.20. She led the qualifying
with a 7.24. Stark placed third in the 300m
in 41.96.

Christina Hernandez
Christina Hernandez of Asheville A.C. Reynolds
won the shot with a 40-11.

West Rowan's Sherina Steele
Sherina Steele (West Rowan) jumped 38-1 to win
the triple jump.
