2005 Track:
Let us know of any indoor or outdoor dates that have been finalized.
This is the only "night-time" high school meet in North Carolina. Because of the increased
interest, we are considering adding a Small Schools Division. This will be
decided by the end of June. There will still be the Championship and
Developmental divisions. All teams must put their top 7 in the varsity race
and as many as you have left may run in the developmental race. Cost is $45
for a single sex team or $70 for both sexes. Please email Coach Jesse Autry
at svxc@hotmail.com if you have any questions.
Do not leave messages on school voice mail, as he is too lazy to check that. A link with all
relevant information is coming by the end of June.
There will be team awards for the Championship Division (1st, 2nd and 3rd).
There will be these same awards for the small schools division, if we have
that. The Top 10 in the developmental and Small School Races will be
recognized with medals and the top 20 in the championship division.
Time: 4:15 PM Coaches Meeting. Starting Times: 4:30 Middle School Boys, 4:35 Middle School Girls,
5:00 High School Boys, 5:00 High School Girls.
Field topped out at 37 teams last year. We can take up to 50 teams. Awards will be given for the top two teams in the
top two teams in each division with individual medals for the top ten in each division. There is no entry fee.
