Sunday - Friday, July 9 - 14, 2017: Distance Individual Camp -- Appalachian State University, Boone, NC
- Open to all boys and girls who are rising freshmen in high school to rising seniors in high school.
- The camp is set up so that the mileage regimen that a runner brings to camp can be maintained and possibly improved without risk of "too much too soon" and risk injury before the season starts. The athletes will be put in groups based on their current fitness level.
- The camp attempts to have one coach per ten athletes with a van per coach so the individual can have a tremendous amount of flexibility as to where they train each day.
- The goal of the week will be to educate male and female athletes on the proper methods of training to become successful Distance and Cross Country athletes.
