The Andrews boys won its seventh state title in nine years. They won
only one event -- the 4x100. Franklin had won the last two state titles,
breaking Andrews' string of six straight championships. Andrews led
Franklin by three points going into the final event, the 4x400.
Southern Durham's girls won their second consecutive championship.
