1998 Queen City Relays - 4x200m Relay
Cesnee Bowden (West Mecklenburg) anchoring the winning 4x200m Relay to a time of 1:44.1.
Bowden placed 2nd to Demetria Washington in the 55m dash in the 98 State Indoor Meet and also placed 3rd in the 300. She has signed to run with Western Carolina Univ.
