John Henderson (North Henderson) comes off the hill followed by
David Bost (Salisbury). Bost went on to win by over 20 seconds.

Salisbury junior David Bost with 500m to go. Obscured by
Bost is the second-place finisher, John Henderson of North Henderson.

West Wilkes junior Heidi Sloop near the 2-mile mark. She finished
in 19:32.6, fifty-three seconds ahead of the second place runner.
