With approximately 250m to go the leaders are (from L to R) Bradsher Wilkins of Orange HS in Hillsborough, NC, Michael Olague (#1984) of Texas, and Amlesom Teklai (#1790) of West Potomac HS in Alexandria, VA. Josh Baker's head is visible behind Teklai's. Wes Stockard of Webb HS in Knoxville, TN, is visible behind Wilkins. Wilkins held off Baker for first, 15:19.3 to 15:20.0. Teklai finished third in 15:21.2, Olague was fourth in 15:22.7 and Stockard sixth in 15:25.6.
