From: Craig Longhurst Date: January 15, 2025 at 3:11:02 PM EST Now in the midst of our 14th season and approaching our 500th meet, I thought that this day might eventually come where I had to make this announcement. It will be the end of an era of one of the fastest 200m flat tracks in the country, but its time! JDL Fast Track is excited to announce that we are installing a state-of-the-art custom 200m BANKED TRACK in time for the 2025-26 season! Construction will begin in April and will be done in time for our first meet in November. We are continuing our relationship with Mondo and are installing their latest product, Mondotrack EI, which was developed for the Paris Olympics. Additionally, we are installing Mondotrack EI on new runways for the LJ and PV With the addition of the banked track, we have to move the sprint straightaway. The warmup track will be resurfaced with Mondo Super X and will serve double duty as warmup track and sprint straightaway. We will also be installing new FinishLynx Vision Pro cameras on the sprint straightaway to capture all those fast times! The cost of the project is substantial, so we are also seeking to do a little bit of fundraising for the project. I’m attaching a document that outlines some ways you can help.
