East Chapel Hill repeated as the 3-A champions, placing
three seniors in the top five. Steve Largen ran 16:43 for 3rd,
behind Hyder and Rojas.
East Chapel Hill's David Christopher was 4th in 16:46.
East Chapel Hill's Ben Smith was 5th in 17:11. ECH runners
also placed two more in the top 19 for a point total of 34.
Mount Tabor junior Ryan Curran had the 2nd best time of the day (16:07) after
Nick Hutchins. Curran has placed 4th and 2nd in the 4-A race the past two years.
4-A champion South View was led by Robert Longoria who placed 3rd in 16:09.
