Coaches: Please fill out and save a copy of the Entry Form, then e-mail the file to me by Wednesday, August 23rd. As always, if you can get it to me sooner that would be greatly appreciated but I understand many of you are still filling out your roster. Try to give your best guess as to the number you'll have in each race so I can make sure entry fees are correct (if I can save you money because you only have one or two kids in a race, then I will).
Also, if you can verify that your team will be participating by Tuesday the 15th, I can guarantee your team's name on the back of the event t-shirts. So far we have the following as definites: Clayton Comets, Cleveland Rams, Corinth Holders Pirates, East Wake Warriors, Research Triangle Raptors, Springfield-Selma Spartans, Wakefield Wolverines. We also have the following as possibles: Knightdale Knights, North Raleigh Christian Academy Knights.

16. Boom Boxes are not allowed in the stadium or in the parking lot next to the stadium.

Saturday - April 14, 2018 ... 19th Annual Bill Carver Track & Field Classic Inv. (Reid Ross Classical School, Fayetteville, NC)
Sponsored by the City of Fayetteville Parks & Recreation Department, Cumberland County Schools. Hosted by E.E. Smith High School. The track facility is adjacent to Reid Ross Classical School, 3200 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville, NC.
AUTOMATIC TIMING by FINISH LYNX. This a 8 lane, 42 inches red all-weather track, with four Jump pits, two Shot Put circles and now added Pole Vault. New events add to the meet: Wheelchair athlete events, Unified Track events and Amputee athlete events. Trophies will be awarded to the top three teams in both boys and girls divisions. Medals will be awarded to the top three places in each event. MVP track athlete and MVP field athlete plaques in both boys and girls divisions. Outstanding Senior award will be awarded to a boy and girl athlete. Co-ed team 1st place trophy for highest combined team score. Food and drinks are available all day.
This meet is sanctioned with the NCHSAA. All athletes must belong to their high school team and must be accompanied by a coach from that school. $ 55 per team or $ 95 for both girls and boys teams, or $ 25 per athlete will be charged. Go to nc.milesplit.com to register your team/athletes.
