Shepard's annual booklet contains separate indoors and outdoors sections for: National Records, All-Time Lists (Top 30 for most events), Class Records, Age Records, Lists for 2012 (Top 50 for most events), and results for the 2012 Golden West, New Balance Nationals (indoors & out), and USATF Junior Nationals. 68 pages.

Note: Wind-aided performances are not included on the All-Time U.S. List.
 Shepard maintains separate Indoor and Outdoor Lists. This is Outdoors-only.
 Each event has a Top-30 All-Time List -- except for shorter lists for the HT, 5000, 10,000, Steeplechase, and 800 Medley and Shuttle Hurdle Relays.
 This page will be updated in the fall or winter using the 2014 booklet.

Incidently, the athlete who has been on an All-Time U.S. High School List the longest appears to be Bob Mathias of Tulare, California, with a Decathlon performance from 1948 that still ranks #30. ...And he did that on a cinder track with similar runways and an aluminum or bamboo pole for the vault. (6711 using current scoring tables)
